zplane’s catalogue of audio technologies are available for licensing with ready-to-use SDK packages. We’re confident that our products lead the industry in terms of audio quality, versatility and performance, and our growing list of long-term customers supports this.
Available Licensing Models
We’ve spent the past quarter of a century optimizing our licensing process, as well as our products. Our SDKs, APIs, and all associated documentation are designed to be as easy to understand and implement as possible, but we are always available to offer further support.
Our licenses are available in the following models:
- Commercial License: Include our technology in a product you wish to distribute.
- Server License: Include our technology in a server-based application.
- In-House License: Include our technology in an application only to be used internally within your company (not for distribution).
- Academic License: Enables researchers and institutes to use our technology in research-only software (not for distribution).
The licensing fee is calculated according to several factors, including the agreed licensing model, and the nature of the product for which you wish to license the technology. Please contact us to discuss your project, and we may be able to create a bespoke licensing model that suits your specific needs.
SDK Contents
Each of our product SDK packages contains the following:
- All required static libraries
- All required header files (C/C++ Interface)
- Example source code (C/C++ Interface)
- Full SDK documentation for implementation and operation
Licensing Support
We provide full implementation and ongoing support for Commercial, Server, and In-house licenses. In some instances, we are also able to adapt a product’s interface for a better implementation into your project.
All zplane licensing products come with a three-week product evaluation period, during which the license agreement may be terminated.
